- The shipments that goes out of European Union can be stopped at customs. I t is something that we can´t control but we ship all with UPS to DRIVE REFORMS. We can not control customs delays. Also the customs can charge tariff to the packages that goes out of the European Union. The custom tariff are not included in the price.
- In case of receiving the damaged package make it appear on the receipt receipt before signing.
